Sah Sahayog Sewa Samiti, Chiraigaon Block, District-Varanasi is working for the betterment of downtrodden and backward youth, older girls, labors, women and children since 2006 so that they could easily adjust with the mainstream of society in view of societal, economical and educational development.
To contribute in a significant way for empowerment of Indian youths by provide them right platform, right job in a right company by 2022.
To integrate with the efforts of various Departments of the State and Central Government organizations and provide skill development training and employment oriented programs.
Creation of job oriented programmes, education for all, health & sanitation, rural development, and awareness programmes for children, youth and women welfare.
We link various vocational training skills programs to youth from the age group between 14 to 35 years, ensuring equitable access to the most disadvantaged, including women.
We provide both short term (1-6 months) and long term (1-2 years) training programs to enable youth to contribute to the economic development of the country.
We have been the training partner of NSDC for PMKVY's Short Term and Long Term Training Programs.

We've trained 1265 trainees in ICT with 948 placements in various schools and institutions.
915 trainees trained in Banking & Accounting with Tally classes, 685 successfully placed in private firms and institutions.
1542 trainees in cutting/tailoring and embroidery, with 1157 placed in industry or running their own businesses.
651 trainees in beautician courses, with 487 working independently or with prominent salons in the district.
